How Custom Printing Works

From the initial design upload to your doorstep delivery, here is our 7-step quality printing roadmap.

Step 1

Choose Product

Select your preferred base apparel from our collection (Round Neck, Polo, Hoodie, Oversized, Corporate, or Kids T-Shirts). Pick the GSM quality and color counts.

Step 2

Share Your Design

Send us your brand logo, illustration or custom text. We accept multiple file formats: AI, PSD, PNG (300 DPI), SVG, and PDF.

Step 3

We Review & Confirm

Our in-house design specialists analyze your artwork resolution, adjust positioning thresholds, create a digital mockup, and send it to you for final approval.

Step 4

Printing Begins

Once approved, the fabric goes to our production line. We apply your chosen technique (Rubberized Print/ DTF/ DTG/ Sublimation/Computerised Embroidery) under automated temperature controls.

Step 5

Quality Check

Every printed garment undergoes rigorous quality tests to inspect registration alignment, seam durability, stretch flexibility, and color reproduction accuracy.

Step 6

Packing & Dispatch

The T-Shirts are steam-ironed, individually folded in protective polybags, boxed in heavy corrugated sheets, and handed over to our express logistics partners.

Step 7

Delivery at Your Door

Receive tracking details on WhatsApp. Your parcel is delivered to your doorstep in 3-5 days standard (or 24-48 hrs express) anywhere in India.

We have 5 minimum order quantity! We also offer discounted bulk pricing structures

Which design file formats do you accept? +

For clean and sharp prints, vector files are highly recommended. We accept:
Vector Formats: .AI (Adobe Illustrator), .EPS, .SVG, .PDF.
Raster Formats: .PSD (Photoshop), .PNG (transparent background, minimum 300 DPI).
Our designers can also help convert basic JPG files or ideas into print-ready vectors.

How long will it take to deliver my order? +

Our standard production and shipping time is 3 to 5 working days across India. For urgent cases, we offer Express Shipping options that deliver within 24 to 48 hours

What is GSM, and which one should I select? +

GSM stands for Grams per Square Meter, representing fabric thickness.
• 140 GSM: Very light, breathable, best for hot weather and promotional T-shirts.
• 160 GSM: Light-weight, comfortable, suitable for everyday casual wear.
• 180 GSM: Medium-weight, breathable, good balance of comfort and durability.
• 200 GSM: Medium-heavy, premium feel, durable and retains shape well.
• 220 GSM: Thick and premium, structured fit, ideal for oversized T-shirts.
• 240 GSM: Heavyweight, durable, premium streetwear feel.
• 260 GSM: Very heavy, strong fabric, suitable for luxury oversized styles.
• 280 GSM: Extra-heavy, thick and structured, common in premium streetwear.
• 300 GSM: Heavy premium fabric, highly durable, slightly warm to wear.
• 350 GSM: Very thick, extremely durable, often used for sweatshirts.
• 400 GSM: Extremely thick, best for hoodies and winter wear rather than T-shirts.

Will the print color match my screen? +

Yes! We offer a 100% Color Guarantee. We match Pantone color codes or Hex codes provided in your file. If you have specific brand guidelines, share the values on WhatsApp, and we will mix the inks to match them.
